It's been a while..

I'm not very consistent, I know.. Only my fourth blog and it's been months.

This blog doesn't really have a specific subject, It's just general I suppose, filling in the millions of people who read this (One at most) on the events that have occurred over the last few months.

I've recently been to Switzerland with my younger brother Jake. It was great to visit our uncle who we hadn't seen in around 6 months. He moved there because of his job, so we had the chance to visit the country. It was my first time in Switzerland and it was a very different experience.. Firstly I didn't know until I went that half of the country speak German and the other half French.. It was very awkward at times as I didn't actually listen when it came to German at school.. The most I know is counting to ten and swearing a little bit. Which probably won't get me very far, a prison at most.
The views were incredible; The country is perfect for either sightseeing or winter sports, I prefer taking thousands of pointless pictures, walking around the streets like a proper tourist with a massive camera. You get some weird looks but it's fun. The food wasn't the best to be honest, although the chocolate was good, but that's to be expected from the Swiss and there's only so much chocolate you can eat before it comes back up..

My University has been good, I started in September and currently go in 2 days a week which isn't bad at all. We are focusing on three modules in BA Journalism; News Writing, History of Journalism, and Media Law and Ethics. Law is my favourite by far, we've learnt so much more and our lecturer is the splitting image of Paul O'Grady with a Liverpudlian accent to match. He's so funny, however has a dictionary of catchphrases, favourite words and names. His head consists of Toy Town, Doctor Death, Sunny Time Tours, Jimmy Scumbag, Helen Slapper and more, all to use as examples. And whenever he reads aloud he will 'Blah Blah Blah' without fail.
Everything has it's downsides though as I am loaded with a mountain of work which include essays, portfolios, news stories and presentations, FANTASTICO.

Anyway I will have to cut it short as I am very tired and want to go to bed. I would like to say how much I love my boyfriend and how much he has inspired me (although you probably wouldn't want to hear it) In fact he started writing a blog recently and reminded me of my own. Goodnight my fellow bloggers <3
